What exactly do I get?
Three plans. The Daily Challenge is one timed test with one scored attempt and the full AI report, for 24 hours from when you pay. Starter opens ten selected Group 4 tests for 30 days from the day you pay. All tests opens every Group 4 test, including new ones as they are added, until your exam date. Both plans have unlimited attempts and a diagnostic report after every attempt.
Does the payment renew automatically?
No. There is no standing instruction and no card stored with us. You pay once for each plan or challenge, and nothing further is ever charged. There is nothing to cancel.
Can I take the same test twice?
Yes, as many times as you like. The second attempt is often the more useful one, because the report compares it with the first.
Are the questions in Tamil?
Yes. Question papers are available in Tamil and English, and you can switch language during a test without losing your answers.
What happens if TNPSC postpones the exam?
All tests runs to the exam date shown when you pay, and Starter runs 30 days from the day you pay. Check the dates before you pay.
Is my phone number safe?
We collect it so you can sign in and so we can send your report. We do not sell it and we do not share your results. The privacy notice sets out what is kept and for how long, and how to have it deleted.
How do I get a refund?
The refund policy sets out the window and the conditions. It is worth reading before you pay rather than after.
Do I need a laptop?
No. Everything works on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data, which is what most of this audience actually has.
