1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nextstep4u.in and any related apps and services (the “Services”), operated by (“Nextstep4u”, “we”, “us” or “our”), , India.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian if you are younger. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised use.
If you sign in with Google or another third-party service, you authorise us to access the basic profile information that service shares (such as your name, email address and profile picture). We use it only as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of that third-party service is also governed by its own terms.
4. Use of the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms. Nextstep4u offers timed mock tests, sectional tests and previous-year papers for competitive examinations such as TNPSC Group 4, in Tamil and English, with a score report and analysis after every test. We are not connected to TNPSC or any government body.
You agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Provide false information or impersonate any person.
- Upload viruses, malware or harmful code.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our systems.
- Scrape, copy or resell the Services or their content without our written permission.
- Harass, abuse or harm other users.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
5. Payments and refunds
Some Services are paid. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). We are not registered for GST, so no tax is added: the price shown is the amount you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and you agree to its terms.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of any content you submit, such as profile details or documents. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.
7. Our intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos and software, belong to Nextstep4u or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your needs. Any guidance or information we provide is for general purposes only and does not guarantee any particular result, such as admission, employment or exam success.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nextstep4u will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate and protect Nextstep4u from any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing . Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
